The sign up process might have been quick and easy but that really isn’t worth the overall experience. I suspect the good reviews on here are all from people who have just been accepted for a loan and are unaware of what they’ve got themselves into. If you can afford to go literally any where else, do. If it is true and this is an automated email, which one can "ignore", then why are they sending it so threatening? I feel bullied, despite meeting the obligation of paying my loan each month, on time. I asked for it in writing and have yet to actually recieve that. When I called, I was informed that this was an automated email, and that I could continue paying by bank transfer with no issue. We are in the middle of a financial crisis where people are losing incomes and jobs, I am okay enough financially, and still this email made my heart stop metaphorically, and I was shocked, and visibly stressed. The headline of the email made it sound urgent, and as if I were in trouble. I did not receive a single email asking me to pay by direct debit. ![]() Despite having made all bar one payment on time, with no missed payments in the last 5 years, I got an email from the "collectors" team today threatening legal action for not paying by direct debit. ![]() The way they treat their customers is abhorrent and I would argue, at minimum, borderline abusive. I have been paying it for 5 1/2 years, and still owe like £14000. ![]() This company has caused me so much stress.
